Karate for Kids
Ages 7-12

Karate for Kids is our program for children ages 7-12. This program includes a star based incentive program to reward good behavior at home, at school, and in the neighborhood. We believe that our programs can help children develop self-confidence and self-defense skills and have fun at the same time. All students advance from one belt level to the next based on their own improvement and capabilities, not how they compare to other children. Classes include individualized attention under the supervision of a certified instructor.

Karate kids are:

Boys and girls ages 7 - 12
Kids who like to do new and exciting things
Kids who don't like to be afraid and kids who need to grow up with self-confidence
Kids who deserve more from a sports program than sitting on a bench

Our Karate for Kids school emphasizes NOT being bullies. In addition to learning kicks and punches, your child will learn valuable life lessons.

The Karate for Kids system is based on a lifetime learning concept in addition to technical skills. The building blocks for our system are monthly themes such as:

To help learn and strengthen these skills, students are encouraged to earn stars for the Victory Patches.

Gold	Straight A’s, honor roll, or significant improvement
Silver	Special performance awards
Blue	Blue Star Worksheets, parent recomendation, classroom performance
Red	Tournament participation

Four different colored Victory Patches are available to accommodate all the stars that can be earned by a high achieving Karate Kid:
